THE SQUID SEASON

Squids can be found in almost all waters of Nha Trang Bay between the end of May and next February.

Although their migration is unknown, many professionals think that the location of calf populations is probably a combination of adult and resident populations migrating from the sea to the south which will produce new generations if conditions are favorable on their sites.

Fishermen can find good spots on public piers, mainly by night and in low light. A hungry calf is bordering the water on the dark edge. He then moves into the light area to find food, including young herring and other small fish.

Because of the absence of a boat and reasonable jigging facility, Calamari is one of the most pricey means of capturing calamars. The fishers should be able to locate the unit using a large campsite lantern or torches.

17h30: Pick up at hotel & drive to fish farm.

Jump on board (spend 3 or 4 hours fishing & dinner on the fish farm)

All the large ones captured from it are marinated and grilled for your degustation pleasure.

21h30: Withdraw from the fish farm for mainland

22h30: Arrive at hotel
